These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the pk33 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to pk33's website, mobile version, and all related services.

You may request the closure of your account at any time through the support team. pk33 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances (breach of terms, suspected fraud, security risk).

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at pk33 is ৳300, which applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposits must be made only from the member's own bank or mobile banking account. Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. pk33 reserves the right to complete identity verification and other verification processes before approving a withdrawal request.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be met to receive the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• pk33 reserves the right to make the final decision on granting or rejecting a bonus to any member.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.4 VIP Program

pk33 has four VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; and Platinum — up to 1.0%. You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. The detailed terms of the VIP program may change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk33 platform. Violation of these terms will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

• Playing games or placing bets using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Participating in any form of manipulation, fraud, or deceptive activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving offensively toward other members.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional benefit more than once.
• Conducting deposits or withdrawals from a third party's account.

All content on the pk33 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, interfaces, and other elements — is the intellectual property of pk33 or its licensors.
